Who we are

Ovatique is made by Antonín Mrázek, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (company ID / IČO 11709073), Radošovice 82, 386 01 Radošovice, Czech Republic. You can reach us at support@ovatique.com.

Who can use Ovatique

You must be 16 or older to use Ovatique.

Buying Ovatique

Ovatique is sold through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as the reseller and merchant of record: Polar takes your payment, charges the right tax and sends your receipts and licence key. Your purchase is also covered by Polar's checkout terms.

Plans are subscriptions, paid monthly or yearly. They renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Three free days

The Standard plan starts with three free days with a few limits (for example a set number of idea developments a day). Your paid plan starts when they end unless you cancel before that. Free days are given once per device. Pro is paid from the first day.

Your licence

While your plan is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Ovatique on up to two devices with your licence key. Please don't share or resell your key, try to get around the licence check or the free-day limits, or take the app apart to copy it. If a plan ends, everything you made stays readable on your device; creating new content needs an active plan.

Your content

What you make with Ovatique is yours. It stays on your device — we don't see it, store it or use it. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other material you use, and for what you publish. The Ovatique Engine writes suggestions; read them before you post, since they can contain mistakes. The disclosure helper shows each platform's own labels for brand deals and AI content, but it isn't legal advice.

Updates and availability

We improve Ovatique over time and may change, add or retire features. The app works offline; it needs the internet now and then to confirm your plan, and once to download its engine.

Open-source parts

Ovatique includes open-source software and models under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings › About.

Liability

We build Ovatique with care, but we can't promise it will be free of every error. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or lost posts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll show the new date above and tell you in the app when the change matters to you. These terms are governed by Czech law; if you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of your own country's law.
